I am being Harassed by 800-604-0064 they have called about than 20 times [every 2-3 days since 9/6] in recent and from what I have seen I am 1 of Many they Annoy I don't even have a clue as to what so called collections account this may be regarding me none the less I want it Stopped Immediately! I just filed a complaint as the phone number 8006040064keeps calling my phone once if not twice a day. They have already filed a civil suit against me not sure why they would be calling since it is going to court. They want more money then I can afford. I had a Dodge Ram truck that I surrendered back in May of 2016 as I couldn't afford it. So then Santander sold the truck but I still own $16000.00. I know that I owe that amount but I can't afford the $300.00 that they required. So then they forward my account to DeVille collections. I contacted them in Feb and told them that I can do $50.00 per month and they told me, no but if you can get a loan for $9300.00 then we will accept that as a settlement. Not sure what they were thinking that my credit is very very bad. So yesterday I got papers served to me as they are taking me to court with my co-signer my mom who is 86 years old and is on a fixed income!

Calls my phone daily, usually in the evening. Been calling me since early November 2018. I have the number blocked. Diversified Consultants also call me from a St. Louis Missouri number daily since October 2018. They have used 16 different numbers, all of them I have blocked. No sense in talking to them. I am struggling to put food on the table. There is no extra money.

This phone number is contacting me continuously. Please let me know if anything can be done. I'm unsure who it is, typically they say nothing. However, if it is a creditor, I have stated numerous times to stop calling me and that I am NOT working at this time.
