Is harassing you over a debt? End the harassment. Get money. All without paying for our services. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) protects you, whether or not you owe the debt.

The FDCPA has been protecting consumers in the United States since 1977. This federal law protects you against abusive or unfair debt collection practices by providing clear guidelines about what debt collectors may and may not do while collecting a debt, as well as things they must do.

, Inc (or ACRI) is a debt collection agency with three locations in South Carolina. The company specializes in health and commercial credit accounts and it belongs to the Healthcare Financial Management Association, among other professional organizations.

Their use of automated dialers and automated debt collection programs may cause supposed debtors to accept payment arrangements for debt they’ve never actually owed.

Patient Financial Services, meanwhile, has been sued 7 times since 1996, with the most recent lawsuit filed in 2011.
