I just got an email from my supervisor saying she was contacted by navinet because they are trying to reach me. Is this legal, I know that the payment plan set up with sallie Mae expired and that I’m at fault for not calling to set up new plan. But to call directly my supervisor that I would think is not correct. I appreciate any advice.
