Refund for Over payment I had student loans with Navient. Loans were transferred to another company and payment was made to Sallie Mae in Full. Over payment was made in May 2012. I Spoke with company on several occasion to refund me the over payment or transfer it to the new company that has my student loans. All I got was empty promises and no refund.I try to check Sallie Mae system and put in my old acount number and information but it says I no longer have an account with them.This is expected because I paid my off my account,however I am unable to get my refund after 6 months.Please advise me accordingly.
