I have 2 student loans with Sallie Mae. I have agreed to have payments automatically debited from my checking account. The payment was to be debited 1 per month. The company has debited 3 times in a month. The company has a postal service in Wilkes-Barre, Pa, yet is communication is defaulted to India. The individual could only state that I gave permission for payments to be deducted 3 times. I then stopped the automatic deduction because of the payments being removed without permission. After doing so, the company increase the interest of this loan. They continue to heckel you when your payments are current. They always have extra charges that are accrued on these loans. When going to college you are mislead into believing that you are borrowing from a government back loan company. This is a private firm that frauds the students with charges and interest from government grants.
