The Navient bill I have been paying in my sons behalf were the smart option federal ,loanswhich came to a total of 474.71 one for 132.66 and the or the payments correctly they have not only added the smart option but also the signature with no for warning there by throwing off the bank balances maybe rick people can afford this with no problem but us middle class does not have the way or the affordability since we live on fixed budgets from check to check. The whole sallie mae has rececntly changed I was able to log on to the entire website ,before and pay loans one by one or muliptlr ones ate the same time this does not time by having a general set that allowed you into the site that then particular loans were under this is not an option no and according to Andrew ( the person helping me over the phone) this is not possible I can not log on to one site and see the multiple sites and loans that are under that site that may be paid.NO wonder more and more students are defautiling this has become more than very confusing
