I am a co-signor to my daughter’s student loan. Navient has been calling me everyday regarding my daughter’s loan. She now lives abroad and it is to my understanding that Navient does not accept payments from international banks. I informed them about this but they don’t take note of what I said to them. I no longer answer their calls. Sallie has not been easy to deal too with but Navient is a lot worse. They have my daughter’s international information but they don’t contact her. I think I need to seek legal action so that they would stop harassing me.

I am co signer for my grandson. I am being called 7 to 8 times a day. I have explained that I live on social and am 69 and very ill. I don't have the money to pay. My grandson has a $45,000 job, drives a new car. I know I'm supposed to be responsible...but I really expected my grandson to take care of these loans. This harassment is a problem for my illness...causes stress that I don't need. My grandson no longer speaks to me...so trying to get him to respond to me is not going to happen. Any suggestions?
