in 2003-2004 i went to a school called BCTI they were shut down for fraudulent loans in students names. that school was sued by the dept of education and by some ex students, i found out in 2010 that 4 loans were taken out in may name that i wasn’t aware of nor did i validate or accept and the school was shut down before i graduated these loans are fraudulent. well Navient has them now and i have been battling with them to show proof that these loans actually are mine the only proof they can come up with is a signature that isn’t my signature ( its not even close to mine, you can tell someone else signed it and i have personally had a hand writing analysis done with a notary republic ). i have sent them copies of this and have written a cease and desist letter to stop trying to collect on a loan the clearly isn’t mine and let them know if need be i will get a lawyer and let that lawyer deal with Navient. they continue to call several times a day and refuse to drop this collection. Sallie Mae also refuses to let me file fraud on this loan. they sent me a letter with another name of a company in another state that i have never lived in and have been told to call that company, they refuse in any way to drop this fraudulent loan.there are 2 other loans in my name with this same signature from a different company but i have resolved that by filing fraud
