CDL Bad Check Collections

Threatening phone calls, refusal to give address to send cease and desist old account due them to get then to follow the law

They are harassing me, calling me multiple times a day. They’ve called my mother, my sister, even my brother in law. They are threatening to take me to court, to take 25% of my monthly income, threatening that my debt will be “much much more” than what it already is.

They are calling multiple times a day and daily leaving aggressive voicemails. They are threatening to serve me and take me to court. They also have been calling family members as well as work numbers trying to get in touch with me with an outstanding debt that is not on my credit report. I have paid off all outstanding debt through my cc report. This is not on there
