Im on SSI now and cant pay creditors. I sent certified letters to all my creditors telling them under my rights, to stop all calls as I'm now judgement proof as well. Obviously they continue to ignore me.

I keep getting calls from 8888939519. It use to be twice a day, yesterday they called at 1:46 PM 4:24 PM and 5:37 PM.Today,4/27, they called 6 times, starting at 9:23 AM and last one was 4:46 PM . At 4:49 PM I called them back and told them to stop harassing me. If I can get some money for their harassment so much the better. These banks need to start paying for their abuse of robocalls and other harassing techniques!

Asked for documentation of debt that First Bankcard claims I owe. Getting repeated calls from First Bankcard attempting to interrogate me on a recorded line!

I am going through a rough time and I have been disabled since 2015. I was receiving a short term disability check at first, and now I have reached the limit of my long term disability. My husband was abusive and my daughter and I were forced to move out Christmas Eve 2014. We have been separated since. I was paying all credit card and medical bills for myself and my daughter until a few months ago when I realized that my disability check would soon stop. I finally applied for child support, but the case worker has not been following up and there's nothing I can do. There is a possibility that I may have some sort of disability protection on the credit card accounts, but no one will give me a straight answer. I have stopped answering the phone, and it rings nonstop. I not only have Chase, first bank card, Synchrony bank, and First National Bank, calling non-stop, but also have Patient Account Services (NPAS), and several other medical collection s calling my phone, my family members phones and divulging information about my bills to my dad and stepmom. Much of the medical chaos is due to me paying for medical insurance for myself and daughter, because I thought that with 2 insurances we would be set. As it turns out, with both policies denying being primary and with many doctors' clerks and hospitals billing only one insurance, or submitting the bills incorrectly, no one was getting paid. I was turned away from some of our doctors because they couldn't keep seeing us without payment. I am not sure if anyone can help me, but I saw your website and decided to ask!
