I have repeatedly asked to have my old City of Chicago tickets placed into my current and active City Of Chicago payment plan because they are considerably cheaper. Arnold Scott Harris refuses to comply with this and gives me an incessant run around. It should be very simple. They are my tickets. They should be moved onto whatever plan I request. Instead they tell me since the plan is still considered "active"(even though my credit card was taken off of auto-pay and I am not actually paying on them) they cannot access those tickets for transfer. Makes zero sense. And yet they continually call me. They rebut to me that I am not on a boot list for my vehicle-yet. But that could happen at anytime, unbeknownst to me. Yet I am trying to proactively avert this and they have proven a steady stonghold from allowing me to do so. This is so strange. Coming from them, I am sadly not even surprised. This whole thing is unconstitutional regardless. But that's a whole nother story. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks.
