I received a phone call from 833-417-0539, Richard West with Boone & Associates Group LLC, out of New York. Threatening an upcoming case #us gke1559. Then he immediately contacted my Dad, who called me to pass along the message. I have received NO debt validation letter from their company and I have no idea what they are calling about. The tone was harassing and I called them back, nobody answered of course, received voicemail, where I left an equally message of tone for them, advising to immediately cease and desist on contacting me or anyone else by phone and or any other method, excluding in writing to me, complying with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I also told them if they want to file something in Court, to do so, and I will see them in Court. I'm a victim of identity theft and ever so often I get this crazy and often illegal calls threatening legal action. Collection Agencies need to follow the law.
