Are you being harassed by Credit Management Control over a debt? Stop the harassment. Get money. Do it without paying for our services. You are protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), whether or not you owe the debt in question.

The FDCPA has protected consumers since 1977. This federal law protects you from unfair or abusive debt collection practices through clear rules about what debt collectors may and may not do while collecting a debt, as well as things they must do under law.

Credit Management Control is a nationally-licensed debt collection company in business since 1980. Credit Management Control, Inc is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I received a letter today addressed to 'The Occupier' at my address from LCS. They are asking for information about the occupier of another address with reference to a 'UTILITY INVESTIGATION'. I can list the information that they have asked for and give you the case reference number if that would help!
