Are you being harassed by Financial Credit Network? Put a stop to the harassment and get money damages without paying a cent for our services. You are protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), whether you owe the debt or you are being targeted by mistake.

The FDCPA has protected consumers since 1977. This federal law protects you from unfair or abusive debt collection practices through clear rules about what debt collectors may and may not do while collecting a debt, as well as things they must do under law.

Founded in 1954, Financial Credit Network is a third-party debt collection agency based in Visalia, California. Financial Credit Network collects on medical debt and also serves utility companies, billing companies, city and county government agencies and local California businesses. The agency operates on a contingency basis, which means they do not get paid until they collect.

Financial Credit Network has been accredited with the Better Business Bureau since 2012 and has an A- rating with 14 complaints filed in the last three years. According to Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), Financial Credit Network has been sued 23 times since 1990, with the most recent lawsuit filed in January 2014.

I am in Santa Barbara. Please direct this to Michael Agruss: Financial Credit Network is awful--as I was hit by a DUI driver end of 2010, and had a variety of bills paid by Victims Comp. I also had insurance that paid / one bill was forgotten and Cottage Hospital is suing me now for a 1100 bill. I sent a payment for 450 to Visalia and it arrived late, so the bill went to default. And FCN decided to apply the 450 to another bill apparently I have from the past. An attorney I had to help with restitution order was helping me, now he is not. FCN is terrorizing people that can not pay medical bills. I have a court date in July. Does your law firm practice in Calif? Please reply asap. They are violating fed laws/ they are unusually aggressive and when I called to make a payment they refused to take any money/ and said it was too late. This is awful.
