My issue is with Synchony Bank. When ever I am late with my payment with them I start getting approx. 10+ robocalls a day, only after maybe a day or two will we get a auto message that says who they are and to call them, otherwise with the many other calls no messages are left just continuous calls. This will stop when I get online and post the payment, such as recently we posted the payment and haven't heard anything since. I would have to look at my records, but I think they are calling even at the 7am-8am range. My main point is the amount of calls this company sends out daily.

Received debt collection for $200.49. Never received a Walmart Mastercard nor correspondence from Synchrony Bank. Either someone else received my credit card - not sure. I only pay for purchases at Walmart with my VISA card or cash. I am disputing the validity of this debt. I won't pay for purchases I did not make. Acct.# on letter reads 6645

I fell behind on payments to Synchrony Bank because of vehicle repairs, and I have even told Synchrony about this, and they are ringing my phone so much that the battery starts to run low. They call me 24/7 from a "Ristricted" number, and very rarely leave a message. It's Sunday 7/17/16 at 1:20pm, and they have already called me 8 times!!!! It's driving me absolutely crazy!!! I can't get a one hour rest that the phone is ringing with them on the other end!

I am so crazy sychrony financial calls me 4 to 5 times a day. Last i heard according to fdca collectors can call 3 times per day and on the 3rd call must leave a message. They are border line harassing me. I owe 50 on my account i have been ill and in and out of hospitals. They called once and i explained this to them. The next day 4 or 5 calls again. In one day. The reps and the supervisor blamed the dialer. I explained someone puts that information in so someone there knows what they are doing. And when I asked if they knew how many times they can call in a day and even the supervisor said they didn't know. I just think this is shotty and management won't call me. Thanks!

Hi Betty. If the representatives are calling at a time you've told them isn't a good time, they could be violating the law. I'll call you and we can discuss your rights and what you may be able to do. Thanks, Mike

Hi Albert. If they're calling you before 8am in your time zone, they could be in violation of the law. I would like for you to review your records and if they are calling at a time that is outside of the legally permissible times of 8am-9pm, send those records over to me at my office email of [email protected]. Thanks, Mike
