Thank you for submitting your comment regarding Global Adjusters Harassment. I will contact you to discuss this situation further. Out of the the thousands of consumers I've helped, you might be the first person seeking help on a debt owed to bank outside of the country. I have helped people being harassed on moving violations they've received outside of the country. In short, as long as the debt is consumer debt, a debt collection agency has to comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We'll discuss this further, and I'll let you know if I can help you. Thanks, Mike.
