Hi In 2019 of August I went to prison. My poa is My sister.Global Lending was working with her to get my car back from my ex.A court told her to return the car back.Global Lending knew I was in jail.My ex who was on the loan was to return my car to my sister and then my sister was to give it to Global. My sister reported it as stolen. She looked for it for 4 years.I lost my home due to it.Turned out my ex had me in jail due to fraud.Police have issued a arrest warrant. I gave a letter from police to global lending. I found out that they were on my credit. My sister had been talking to them. They are destroyed my credit.Refuse to make it as stolen. And continue to damage my report.07/2023. The new owners of my home had cleared the garage out. They contacted my sisterand told her they had to report a break in and a car magically appeared.Right before my release date.my ex was apparently breaking into the house and put the car in there.Thepolice ran it and found it was mine. The one reported as stolen. And it was damaged beyond repair. But now global is coming after my credit. But are not reporting it was stolen. And refuse to report it to police.Amy Mann is now wanted and warrant is for her arrest.I need help to fight back against them. And stop them from harassment. Knowing that my sister worked to help find my car and still are reporting and damaging my report. They called her almost every day while I was in prison. And after as well. Constant phone calls. Now attempting to collect a debt that was reported stolen.over 4 years ago.

I am getting continous daily calls from global lending after a month that my car note got returned. I had enough money in my account at the time, my credit union has no clue on why my payment was charged back. So I am not past due. I am getting calls everyday due to this. On top of the fact I was NEVER notified that the previous payment didnt go through. On top of the fact after discovering all of this and trying to refiance my car with a different company, they WERE NOT reporting my goodstanding to my credit report. I had to tell them that after trying applications and the companies DID NOT see the new car on my reports. Now that I am past due, it is being reported to my credit which is putting me in a hard place with trying to refiance. I know there is not much anyone can do, but I just need some legal guidance.
