My problem is as follows: I went to a CDL school called Roadmaster to get my cdl they told me that I did not have to give any money just the number of my social security, the license and a document I had to sign, seven days call me and tell me that the loan was approved and could get started the school, I went to get started the school but I never gave them any authorization to check my credit, they told me no problem we look for you work when you graduate and pay the loan Three days in the school They call me to the office and give me the terminus of the contract with 18% interest to be clear they lied to me. The end of the school did not offer me any work and I lost the job I had to be able to attend school. Now I'm unemployed and spend all my save. Paramount Capital Group keeps calling and threatening me saying that they will damage my credit by sending me to collections. I don't know what to do ...

I have recently been laid off due to covid-19, and paramount capital group will not allow me to postpone payments during this pandemic. They also previously had promised me that my next payment will be in May, but yet I’ve still received a bill for this month of April. When I contacting them, they have now told me there’s nothing they can do.

This company is collecting school cost for C R England and the money is not owed. C R England lost a class action law suite and this company keeps trying to collect the money
