Qui Ngoc was born in Da Nang City in Vietnam.  He went to college and graduated with a degree in Computer Science.  After college, Qui Ngoc worked for a computer company in the United States until September 2011 when the company closed.  He went on to work at another computer company until 2015, when he had the opportunity to co-host a beauty pageant.  Qui Ngoc thrived in this opportunity to interact with the audience and the Vietnamese community at large.  Since then, he has hosted over 30 pageants and events.  For Qui Ngoc, the best part of hosting a pageant is highlighting Vietnamese people, music, and culture.  For over 10 years, Qui Ngoc has used this platform to do charity work to help others, including providing financial help for and mentoring Vietnamese orphans.  Now, Qui Ngoc uses his education and experience to help Vietnamese community members solve their legal problems and get the help they deserve.
