Stop contacting me. Your calls come up as blocked numbers and texts go straight to my spam. My phone is warning me not to speak with you. Stop contacting me.
Swift Collection Agency stating my wife owes EOS Gym money and she was sent to collections however the EOA Gym and ABC co. stated the account was cancelled and no idea why she was sent to collections
Calls from Swiftfunds. assistance with credit report
I am getting constant emails, texts, phone calls for a debt I don\'t even remember having. It\'s been going on for close to 2 years. Please do not call, email is best
i’m being asked to pay debt but i don’t have any debt to pay.
There was a problem with my card. I gave a diff card to my gym to enter into system. It was not entered for auto, the previous card was. It was rejected and I’ve not been to the gym bc of complete upheaval in life.. leaving abusive marriage etc.. I contacted the service that contacted me about the bill. Emailed atleast once. Never heard back. I also emailed the gym itself (AFC) and heard to contact Swift funds. I’m just getting on my feet to get my wits about me. I want to see the whole bill owed thus far removed.
Swiftfund Financial has texted me about an outstanding debt. I called and they said I never gave a 30 days notice for my gym cancelation at EOS Fitness. I canceled my membership in person, I don\'t understand how I never gave them a 30 days notice. Also, they said they had been calling me for months now but me calling them today was the only call in my call logs with them.
I keep receiving text messages and calls from Swiftfunds Financial Services
Hello,
I had an EŌS gym membership that I had canceled over a year ago. Have all the emails and everything saying my account was closed.
I am now getting calls and text from swift funds saying I owe money to that account. Even though the gym canceled it.
Please help me.
Time Sensitive personal business
I keep getting texts from different numbers saying for me to call (888) 479-4384. A few months ago I had a membership at UFC and stopped going, essentially changed my credit card to one that is expired so I’m not getting charged anymore. UFC called me and I had paid for a service to remove my debt and renew my membership for a full year. They had sold my debt to I assume that number. But since I cleared it with UFC I am frustrated on why I keep getting these texts.
Golds gym. Bad experience in june 2022 reported it asked for cancelled memeberahip they put it on hold instead. Then raised my membership - cancelled and put things on hold to resolve with management they never did and still billed me. Disputed and provided evidence to bank they charged back and found on my behalf. Now they are bulking me back plus late fees for a charge back for a cancelled acctount. No one there still works there that I spoke to Arturo and Myra no longer there, breanna sent and email in dec asking to put it on hold till responded with manger and there was no call no resolution they still billed me.
Amsher services on behalf of spectrum continue to claim I used services when I never did, and always fail to point out that their technicians made mistakes in the ordeal as well as the emails they send to be “important”.
Swift funds financial keeps calling me and I’d like to know the right course of action and my rights before getting involved and I’d love for the calls to stop. I’m not in a strong financial position to add another debt payment.
These people keep calling me and I do not owe this debt.

Hello Ashley. Do they ever state why they're calling or where they're from? Have you requested a debt validation letter from them? You can start there and I can help. I will call you to discuss this further. Thanks, Mike

Hi Karen. Did you also send a cease and desist letter to them regarding the number of phone calls? You can do so with a registered letter that if they don't respect, they could be fined. If you need help in this, give me a call. Thanks, Mike

Hi Stephen. Your story sounds like others I've heard and trust me, gym memberships are one of the most common debts that debt collectors attempt to collect on. I'm sure the frequent phone calls are annoying and I would be happy to help you get those calls to stop. I will give you a call about your rights under the law. Thanks, Mike

Hi Michael. Gym memberships are some of the top debts that consumers are often stuck dealing with and they can seem almost impossible to be done with. Under the law you do have certain rights in regard to dealing with debt collectors and if they violate these rights, they could be liable for compensation. I would be happy to discuss the law with you and we can work together to get this resolved. I will be in touch but you can also reach my office sooner at a time that works best for you. Thanks, Mike

Hi Stefan. Can you tell me more about the harassment you're dealing with? Give me a call at my office and we can discuss this as well as your rights under the FDCPA. Thanks, Mike
I have no idea what they want they just keep harassing me through phone calla
I received daily calls from this company. I called the number left on the voicemail and the representative refused to give a last name or an id number. Cynthia refused to give me an adress to mail in payment nor would she update my adress so that I could receive validation of the debt. The initial gym membership was only $5.00 per month which I cancelled when I moved out of town. They were trying to get me to pay more than ten times that! Cynthia finally transfered me to a gentleman claiming to be Troy Green with a title of "director" He too tried to bully me into to tell me where to submit the payment> He verbally agreed to accept a payment of $209.00 but would not agree to sending me a letter to confirm the accour was paid in full once the money was paid nor did he stay on the line to update my mailing address to be able to send me any confirmation of payment I sent in.
please dont call i dont have any debt i just came from india.
I literally don't know who they are. I only googled the number and found this. They started calling me about a month ago but I never answered. I have robocall who blocks their calls but they don't stop. They keep calling and I don't know who they are.
The following phone numbers 8884794384 and 844 729 7808 calls me daily harassing me leaving messages and threatening calls against my social security and litigation charges. The calls are very annoying. Can you please stop the calls. I am sick and don’t need the extra stress!
Getting endless calls from 8884794384. There was a gym membership that cancelled , because they could not run my CC, EOS Gym. It was $10. mo that they ran perfectly two years ago!
Number keeps calling my cell phone and leaving voice messages. I refuse to call back because I did my research and found it was a scam. They continue to call regqrdless.
They calling me from 888 4794384
And harassing me, saying I have to pay some $
They're blowing up my phone after one told them to stop calling
Keep calling nonstop. Had a membership to Blast/Wow they have flipfloped. I trird to cxl my membership in Feb 2018, when i got a new job with a facility on campus and the website i used previously to pay and schedule personal trainer appointment no longer worked. I called the facility countless times and left voicemessages never got a response. I then went in on sevral accounts and was told only a manager could cancel my membership and there was none present. I asked when one would be in they said they did not know. I left my information to be contacted nothing. I then started receiving calls from these people and I explained situation, they stated i must speak with gym, i have been trying for months at this point. They said they will stop calling, they lied. This has now hit and affected my credit. I then had my sis who still had a membership stalk the place for a manager to no avail shortly after the location of Blast fitness closed. They transfered all accounts to Wow fitness in another city, less than a few weeks later all the gyms to close down for good permenantly. I dont understand how a company can do this to me when i have exhausted all resources. If my ceedit card was never reissued they would still be charging me. I work hard for the money, cant spend 24/7 of my life trying to cancel a gym membership. These people are scamm artists and should be punished for there deception and trickery. I was not a novice customer I attended the gym for iver a year and only left because my job provided me with a gym. Now my credit is being marginalized for this foolishness and im receiving harrassing robocalls. Please help me rid my life of these wretched people.
They won’t stop calling me
Calling to collect money for Golds Gym which was being paid on a month to month basis for Military membership. They have also affected my credit!
I just got off phone with this bitch ass Mr.Green punk. This is the 5 time this month they punks try getting get money from me. I told they it's a miss under standing, because I know the owner of open gym personal. I paid him for what I owed the gym and canceled my membership back in 2017 due to health issues and having returned since. In December of 2017 strange things start happening to my fiance's Bank account
Like $800.00 was taken out of her account and Bank paid back $400. They $65 then $80 then $100. Finally we close account. Thank God my job I do a lot of and investigating because now I can start putting the puzzle together and we will be seeing a lawyer shortly.
I get about 3-5 calls from this number every few days!
This service is constantly harassing me. Feel free to call me on Tuesday 11/6/2018!
Number calls weekly, I never answer any type of 800 numbers, leaves a message with no info as to what they're calling about, just "this is an important message for (my name) this is not a sales or marketing message." I cancelled my best fitness membership and they charged me $100 without telling me there was a year contract, then sent me to Swift Funds who scammed me out of $87 a week for months. my bank changed my card and refunded me $87 and agreed it's a scam. want them to stop calling
At least twice a week I get this voicemail "This is an important message for (my name) this is not a sales or marketing message. Please return this call toll free at 1-888-479-4384." I have had this number on a blacklist for close to 2 years and have never called it back. I just want them to stop calling me!!!
Number keeps calling me I believe for charter fitness membership not being paid but I don't answer Robocalls or call them back. I checked into my online profile and there is no auto renew contract or bill that needs to be paid I can provide a screenshot. I figured if i dont go to the club or pay for it, then the club can call me directly if there is a problem.I also haven't been to the fitness club since my card info was changed.
18884794384 keeps robo calling me based off a gym membership where the trainer wasn't paying attention and I ended up injured!
I keep receiving robo calls from 18884794384. Based off a gym membership that I had where the trainer injured me.

Debt collector calling to collect a debt on my 15 year old.
They continuously call and leave the same message " This is an important message for (my name) this is not a sales or marketing message. Please return this call toll free at 1-888-479-4384. If this is a debt collector, I have recently filed for chapter 7 and they should not be calling me!
Constantly call even after I've asked not too. I have been on the do not call list for YEARS
They keep calling non stop for months now everyday even Saturdays
Call incessantly and then just hang up.
I keep getting calls from this agency, they will not stop calling and when I try to speak to a supervisor it's to no avail. It may or may not have to do with Golds Gym Montclair, but I'm positive there was no contract or any type of fine print regarding not going yet still getting charged a vast amount of money. I was told verbally by a gym recruiter/salesman that I would be able to pre-pay for a month in advance, and that I wouldn't have to cancel my membership.. but instead by not paying for the following consecutive month I would simply be denied access to the facility. I was very fond of this "pay as you go" method. Golds is trying to get a 2 year worth payback yet there is no contract. Also, ethically they are really in the dark by giving me no prior warning, (I.e. They could of easily let me know as soon as the 2nd month when no payment was exchanged for services. I take it I'm not the first to me scammed in such a way and should be reported to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, for such a deceiving act. As of four months ago I was told I needed to pay off a balance of over $600 from Golds. When I only used their gym for 3 weeks before stopping due to a change in moving to a different living area. I have no idea where they would estimate such a number as I was told from the very beginning it would only be $30 to $35 a month. Hypothetically worst case scenario I would only owe $390 ($360-$420 averaged out) I've been a long time Golds Gym fan and have never come close to being extorted in such a way. Nor have I had a collection agency attempting to contact me over such a matter. Any feedback would be great and thanks for reading
