I need help in dealing with a debt collection agency. I'm trying to find out if a lawyer can represent me in dealing with this debt collection agency. Recovery associates has sent me a letter asking me to pay 15,000 dollars which is a lot more than what I owed them. I was living in US in 2010 when I acquired this debt. The last payment I made was somewhere in Noc 2010. They are calling me now and asking me to pay. The only point is I live in Windsor and I need to deal with a debt collector from Virginia, USA!
