Federal Pacific has reported to the credit agencies that i owe them money from a debt from 7 years ago. I had a car loan in Jan 2007 and it never went on my credit report all of a sudden this year, 2014, Fed Pac posted I owed them for the loan. I'm not sure how to proceed. I haven't paid them anything!

Hi Russell. If it is a debt that wasn't yours and they continue to try to collect on it, they could be found to be violating your rights. You may be entitled to compensation. Let's talk about this and your rights. I will be in touch. Thanks, Mike
