Navient repeatedly calls my place of business a personal cell phone when I have paid them a smaller amount that is due. One of their customer service associates lied to me and told me money would not come out of my account that did and when I called them back they advised they would pull the tape and look into it and I was never contacted again. This overdrafted me $180 dollars in my checking account.
