I have been in touch since April of this year trying to correct a billing issue. I have repeatedly tried to increase my payments to try to pay off my student loans faster, and pay Navient less interest and they have made it exceedingly difficult

by 1) not changing my payments to the desired amount 2) putting my payments on hold without contacting me 3)repeatedly changing my payments without my consent. This has become extremely burdensome to manage and all I am trying to do is pay off my student loans in a timely fashion. I think that their business practices are criminal and that someone needs to investigate these fraudulent practices. I should be able to increase my payments with a click of a button, just like you can to decrease your payments on their website. If I talk to a Sallie Mae representative who states that my payments will be changed I expect them to be changed. This is basic business practices.
