I keep getting calls and letters from Seas & Associates for a bill for $124.25. The bill arouse from a cancelled Gym membership that was cancelled in Sept. 2014 at my local gym. Per my contract I would be obligated to pay for an additional 60 days after cancellation. My monthly due was 10.00 so I should only be billed for 20.00. I have never rec'd a bill from the gym themselves, just a bill from Seas & Associates and daily calls. I receive at least 2 calls a week and have for over a month and a half.

I recently was called by Seas to settle a debt with an old gym membership that piled on itself. I owed the gym around $100. When Seas called me, they doubled the debt amount to $210. I hassled my way to the real price of collection which ended up being $148.70. The associate that reached was very kind in helping out but never gave me a confirmation email to avoid this situation from happening again. He said this was a settlement and that the gym membership was dropped. With no confirmation letter/email and nearly $150 missing from my bank account, I've been getting a little itchy. Thoughts?

I've received several autodialer calls from Seas and associates over the past several months I wanted to see what options I had for making this stop Yes... A ton of autodialer calls to my cell phone over the past 6+ months I prefer e-mail for initial discussions With all of the autodialer calls I'm currently receiving... Some are not even specifically for me... You can understand my hesitation for handing out my personal number Please have someone reach out to me. Thank you for your time!
