I have been receiving letters from Second Look for months now. Everytime I call I never get an answer. I have left at least 10 messages asking for a call back but nobody ever does. The letter says I owe Direct General money but I have never had that insurance. I had All State for years and switched to progressive 2 years ago with no lapse in coverage. I had a quote done for Direct General but that is all.

I keep receiving calls and James leaves messages that he will take my drivers license if I do not call him. I have called back and left message and no return call. I was involved with Erie Ins. on an claim one of their customers had when I bumped his van. I was being attacked when at the gas station getting gas by a group of people that I knew and was having problems with. My car was blocked by his van and when I tried to leave the station I grazed his bumper. I ran from them to get away form being attacked and my car being tore up. He called police and said I hit and ran on his van. I explained to police when they came to home and they said they seen this on the tape at the station but I left the scene. His insurance company called and I explained this to them and sent an adjuster to look at my car and she agreed that my car was tore up and that she believed that this is what happened but could not do anything. I would have to file a claim with Erie Ins. I did and they denied but they paid his damages to bumper on van. Now 6 months later I get calls from James threatening me with taking my drivers license. I have three messages that he has left me. The latest one today he gave me one week to take care of this or he would take my license. Seen your site and thought maybe you could help me. Elizabeth
