Creditors like Citibank cannot harass you over a debt. You have rights under the law, and we will stop the harassment once and for all.

THE BEST PART IS…

If Citibank violated the law, you may be entitled to money damages and Citibank will pay our fees and costs. You won’t owe us a dime for our services. Plus, some of our clients also receive debt relief and cleaned-up credit reports. You have nothing to lose! Call us today at 888-572-0176 for a free consultation.

Who is Citibank?

Citibank is the consumer division of “Citigroup,” a multinational financial services company, and is based in New York City. Founded over 200 years ago, Citibank now operates as a subsidiary of Citigroup and is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau; it has received nearly 4,000 consumer complaints via the BBB in the past three years, primarily for product/service problems (2,500+) and billing/collection problems (1,200+), and in 2015, Citibank was ordered to pay a staggering $700 million in relief to over 8.8 million consumers who were victimized by its illegal credit card practices.

Citibank’s Address, Phone Number, and Contact Information

Citibank is located at 399 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10022-4614. Citibank’s customer service number is 800-374-9700 and the main website is https://online.citi.com/US/login.do.

Phone Numbers Used by Citibank

Citibank likely uses hundreds of different phone numbers to call consumers.  Here are some phone numbers Citibank may be calling you from:

Citibank Lawsuits

If you want to know just how unhappy consumers are with Citibank, take a look at the number of complaints consumers have made online. Nowadays, most original creditors, credit card companies, etc. have arbitration clauses, which means that if you have a complaint against that company, you must file your claim in arbitration. Arbitration limits discovery, is not public, has a limited appellate process, and, most importantly, is funded primarily by the banks and big businesses. While it can be difficult to get a fair chance in arbitration, the good news is we have filed hundreds of credit harassment cases in arbitration, and we know how to aggressively fight these cases against the big banks and businesses even when arbitration is necessary.

Citibank Complaints

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) protects you from robocalls, which are those annoying, automated, recorded calls that computers make all day long. You can tell it’s a robocall because either no one responds on the other end of the line, or there is a delay when you pick up the phone before a live person responds. You can receive $500 per call if Citibank violates the TCPA. Have you received a message from this agency that sounds pre-recorded or cut-off at the beginning or end? These are tell-tale signs that the message is pre-recorded, and if you have these messages on your cell phone, you may have a TCPA case against the agency.

The Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) protects electronic payments that are deducted from bank accounts. If Citibank took unauthorized deductions from your bank account, you may have an EFTA claim against the agency. Citibank, like most collection agencies, wants to set up recurring payments from consumers; imagine how much money it can earn if hundreds, even thousands, of consumers electronically pay them $50 – $100 or more per month. If you agreed to this type of reoccurring payment, the agency must follow certain steps to comply with the EFTA. Did Citibank continue to take electronic payments after you told them to stop? Did they take more money from your checking account than you agreed to?  If so, we can discuss your rights and potential case under the EFTA.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) works to ensure that no information reported to your credit report is false. In essence, it gives you the right to dispute those inaccuracies that you find on your credit report. We’ve handled many cases in which a debt collection agency reported debt on a consumer’s credit report to obtain leverage over the consumer. If Citibank is on your credit report, they may tell you that they’ll remove the debt from your credit report if you pay it; this is commonly known as “pay for delete.” If the original creditor is on your report rather than the debt collector, and you pay off the debt, both entities should accurately report this on your credit report.

Several states also have laws to provide its citizens an additional layer of protection. For example, if you live in California, Florida, Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Wisconsin, you may be able to add a state-law claim to your federal law claim above.  North Carolina, for example, has one of the most consumer-friendly statutes in the country: if you live in NC and are harassed over a debt, you may receive $500 – $4,000 in damages per violation. We work with a local counsel in NC and our NC clients have received some great results in debt collection harassment cases. If you live in North Carolina and are being harassed by a debt collector, you have leverage to obtain a great settlement.

How can we Use the Law to Help You?

We will use state and federal laws to immediately stop Citibank’s debt collection. We will send a cease-and-desist letter to stop the harassment today, and if Citibank violates the FDCPA, EFTA, FCRA, or any state law, you may be entitled to money damages. For example, under the FDCPA, you may receive up to $1,000 in damages plus actual damages. The FDCPA also has a fee-shift provision, which means the debt collector will pay your attorneys’ fees and costs. If you have a TCPA case against the agency, we will handle it based on a contingency fee and you won’t pay us a dime unless you win.

THAT’S NOT ALL…

We have helped hundreds of consumers stop phone calls from Citibank and we know how to stop the harassment and get you money damages. Once again: you will not pay us a dime for our services. We will help you based on a fee-shift provision and/or contingency fee, and the debt collector will pay your attorneys’ fees and costs.

What if Citibank is on My Credit Report?

Based on our experience, some debt collectors may credit-report, which means one may mark your credit report with the debt they are trying to collect. In addition to or instead of the debt collector, the original creditor may also be on your credit report in a separate entry, and it’s important to properly identify these entities because you will want both to update your credit report if or when you pay off the debt.

THE GOOD NEWS IS…

If Citibank is on your credit report, we can help you dispute it. Mistakes on your credit report can be very costly: along with causing you to pay higher interest rates, you may be denied credit, insurance, a rental home, a loan, or even a job because of these mistakes. Some mistakes may include someone else’s information on your credit report, inaccurate public records, stale collection accounts, or even being a victim of identity theft. If you have a mistake on your credit report, there is a process to dispute it, and my office will help you obtain your credit report and dispute any inaccurate information.

REMEMBER…

If a credit reporting agency violates its obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you may be entitled to statutory damages up to $1,000, and the credit reporting agency will be required to fix the error. The FCRA also has a fee-shift provision, which means the credit reporting agency will pay your attorneys’ fees and costs. You won’t owe us a dime for our services. We have helped hundreds of consumers fix inaccurate information on their credit reports, and we’re ready to help you, too.

Complaints against Citibank

If you’re on this page, chances are you are just like the hundreds of consumers out there being harassed by Citibank. Here are some of the BBB reviews and complaints against Citibank:

  1. “After 14 years of being a Citi customer, I am appalled at how they have treated me once I closed my account. The account representative was pleasant (after I was transferred 3 times, which is in itself disrespectful of my time and money) and said they would credit me the entire membership fee that I “owed” for the year 2018. I closed my account in December 2017. After that conversation, I have been constantly HARASSED about $8 that I currently refuse to pay because of pride, really. I did not ask for this “discount” so to speak but I will NOT pay a fee for a card I have not used in forever and for miles I do not use since I don’t fly AA anymore. I have had chats and conversations with them and even during chats I keep getting transferred. The issue was supposed to be resolved by this past Monday and it is not. Every time I call, it’s 45 minutes of my time. The business is just shady and disrespectful. I am so done with Citi and pray that no one uses them. They are not worth a penny anymore. They should stop outsourcing too, the communication is really terrible.”
  2. “For two years now I have had the same experience. First they require that for only a 12 month period will they auto draft payments to themselves. When the 12 months expire they don’t notify you to renew this procedure. Then when they don’t draft, the hit you with a late fee. When I call their phone number that is provided to resolve the problem they can’t find my account. Finally after fighting with their automated answering voice that doesn’t give you an option to resolve an issue they will let me speak to a representative who usually doesn’t know how to help without doing much research. I should not have so much trouble to pay them what I owe them. This is an unfair business practice.”
  3. “I have a My Best Buy credit card through Citi that I made a payment on. It shows in my account that the payment has posted but they show my available credit as $0. It has been like this for 10 days with the only explanation is that it is on hold. I have called 4 times and each time they give me a different date that it will be off of hold. There is no explanation on the website and the money cleared my account 10 days ago. The customer service is a joke as it seems no one knows what is going on and can give me a positive date the funds will be available. I have had problems with Citi in the past. The only reason I use this card is for the rewards. The last person told me they could take the hold off but once they looked at it they said it was coming off tonight and they could not do anything. She also told me this was their right to do which I understand but to lie to me over and over again when I call is just ridiculous. If it is not off tomorrow then I am filing a complaint with the BBB.”

Based on reviews on Yelp, Citibank receives a 2-out-of-5 rating. Here are some of the reviews on Yelp:

  1. “Citibank allowed Doheny Pool Supplies to make fraudulent charges on my credit card. Doheny charged my account $94.98 on Sunday, 07/23/2017.  I disputed the charges. I never heard of this company. I don’t live in WI, I don’t know anyone who lives in WI, I never received any products from this company, and I don’t own a pool. Citi Bank reversed charges in September, but on 10/06/2017 again added the same, because the company claimed that it shipped products to Sherry Patton, who I do not know and whose name is not on my account, and they claimed the shipment went to [address] Baldwin Park, CA 91706, which does not exist. There is no such address in Baldwin Park, CA. Three months of fighting with this Citibank about these fraudulent charges is too much. Now I have to close my Citibank account, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I wonder how many other people they have ripped off like this.”
  2. “Anyone having a credit card with Citibank should be very mindful of not using the card. I had my account paid in full and great credit record and received a letter today that there were closing my account due to inactivity. I’ve been a customer since 1993, but they don’t care. It really says something about a bank that does not value long standing customers. Everyone should take their credit business to a bank that values loyalty and great payment records.  SHAME ON YOU CITIBANK!!!!”
  3. “Had the worst experience. Citibank sent money to the wrong person & says we can’t do anything.  Beware of using Citibank and their services…I have been a customer for years and all I got was ‘we can’t do anything, you messed up’…I didn’t, their system did…it picked the person I chose but someone else’s account number…now I am out of $2800.”

Cases We’ve Handled Against Citibank

I THINK YOU’LL AGREE WITH ME WHEN I SAY…

Threats and harassment from collection agencies can be pretty intimidating. However, we can stop the harassment and get you money damages under the law, and the collection agency will pay your attorneys’ fees and costs. Here are some cases we’ve handled against Citibank:

  1. Rocio P. v. Citibank – In May 2016, Rocio pursued a claim against Citibank for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). Complaints consisted primarily of harassing phone calls, including unlawful robocalls to the plaintiff’s cell phone and continuing after the plaintiff sent two formal requests to Citibank to stop the harassment. We settled the case in November 2016 and Rocio was relieved with the outcome.
  2. Anthony D. v. Citibank – In July 2016, Anthony of Prince William County, Virginia, pursued a claim against Citibank for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Complaints included harassing and incessant phone calls, including unlawful robocalls to the plaintiff’s cell phone and continuing after the plaintiff 1) requested via the phone that the calls stop and 2) mailed a cease-and-desist letter to request that the calls stop. We resolved the case in October 2016 and Anthony was happy with the outcome.
  3. Terra S. v. Citibank – In February 2013, Terra of Nassau County, Florida, pursued a claim against Citibank for violations of the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). Complaints included harassing and abusive conduct toward the plaintiff when attempting to collect debt, including when the plaintiff was represented by an attorney whom Citibank could have contacted instead. We resolved the case in March 2013 and Terra was happy the calls stopped and that we resolved the case.

  5. If I pay this debt, will the third-party debt collector remove it from my credit report?

We are a non-profit working with Seniors and disabled adults. Citibank is often one of the contacts to whom we send information about clients with dementia who may have accounts with CB. Now, they use our business number to call on various accounts, refuse to stop the calls and call multiple times within an hour, day after day. Personal contact with the service assures us the calls will stop - they do not. And, CB will not discuss the accounts with us since the collection agency does not have the DPOA or other authorization providing us authority over these accounts. I feel like just not paying them on these accounts since they are so irritating and are impacting our ability to deliver services by tying up our phone system. Thanks for a place to vent....

We had a second mortgage thru citifinancial and my wife claimed chapter 7 in 2009 and did reaffirm that mortgage. But during that time I was in jail until December 2010 and we did not hear from them at all until now. It just showed up on our credit reports. Back in 2012 we got a HARP modification and no liens or anything about that second mortgage came up. My question to you is what do we do? I should say my wife did not reaffirm the second mortgage!

Citi finance is calling my phone 20-30 times a day, calling family members. I took a 5000 loan with them in 2006 and had to refinance with them 3 times and they have changed the loan to daily interest so i can never get the paid off it goes directly to interest on the loan. I had to refinance because they threatened to take me to court and once a officer sent me a court summons. Are you a real person and a real lawfirm!

Hi,I owe Citi Financial about 7500 dollar. I missed about 3 monthly payments because my mom passed away so I borrow a lot of money and used all of the money that I have for the funeral. ( I got prove). Citi Financial called and they say that they can help me by putting me back on track if i come in and see them. So i came in and see them and explained to them. Also turned in my income which, is the retirement income (the only income i have). They want a total of 500 dollar in 7 days then the account can go back to normal. I usually pay 150 a month now they say if i pay 500 in 7 days then the account can go back to 107 a month instead of 150.. the main income and only income i have is my retirement. Sometime my daughter and son give me money. So, I really need to know the price of hiring a lawyer or a estimate!

Citibank Simplicity Card I make monthly electronic phone payments from one bank acct (popular bank, nyc), never late. On 2/7/18, I paid the full balance to zero, as indicated by the prompt. Apparently Citibank added interest after the fact of $4.04 without informing me. In March I get emergency texts from Citibank about debt collection. I phoned agent who informed me of interest tacked on, so I arranged to pay $4.04 from my popular bank acct, verified the acct number. Citibank Agent then wrongly used a different BOA acct listed that is no longer active to pay. I called again and they took the payment from the correct bank acct , but Citibank claims I was 2 months behind in debt and refuses to correct the negative impact on my credit report ! I spoke to 3 different agents without relief!

Have a mortgage with Citibank. Never been late since inception 14 years ago. Earlier this year they started robo calling us on the 3rd of the month and continue to do so everyday 6-10 times a day until our payment is made. Our payment is not late until the 15th and it has always been paid by the 10th. Same for past 14 years. They call my house, my work, my cell, my Wifes cell. It is insane. I have told them multiple times I am going to file a complaint with the OCC. Total harassment.

I filed a complaint to Citicard about merchandise I purchased in Nassau while there for a day on a cruise ship. As soon as I returned to the ship I realized I had been scammed and that the merchandise was not what I had been promised. I immediately reported this to Citicard via my son who is also on the account . When I returned I phoned citicard to make sure the money had not been transferred and was told that it had not been that they were following up and that I should not worry. I called on several additional times and was again reassured that the case was closed I had nothing to worry about. Then I started getting calls from you fraud unit only to find out that it should not have gone to fraud and that the money had been paid out, that Citicard did not act on the complaint for 5 days after my initial request for immediate action. I have sent hours on this bounced around from person to person, department to department and if I have a question I call the number and spend about 10 minutes on automatic recordings before I get a real person only to start the process over again. I would like to talk to one person who can get me through this process in a timely manor that I can contact directly. The dates involved are: The complaint was filed on June 11, 2018 Citicard's first acknowledgement was June, 14th Today is August 1, 2018 Pleas help

I opened an account under a promotion whereas I had to put $15,000 in checking and savings and leave there for 60 days. Due to their ineptness I spent over 20 hours getting the two accounts set up. They set up 2 accounts and then 2 more that were set up when I funded the accounts so now they are claiming I was an existing customer an not eligible for the promotion. Also, the savings is supposed to pay 1.7% and it is paying .07 %!

Citibank India is not able to convert my rewards points to Air India miles as mentioned in your website. It also mentioned it will take 3 working days to complete this process. Now its been more than 30 working days still they have not done it. First they said its a technical issue and later they are saying they cannot convert. What the hell is this, wasting my time and energy. I have kept huge points without spending anywhere and at last it has not been like how I planned. We customer will pay amount of interest that it is charged by Citibank if there is any delay from our end. Now who is responsible for 30 days delay, I demand you to pay a penalty for mentioning in the website about rewards points redeemption. Hopeless.

Citibank "KYC" division blocked my acct twice recently, once in Oct. and again yesterday and currently the acct is still blocked. There was no warning, alert before they put a block, and there's no notification after they blocked my acct. I found out on my own. Apparently they need a copy of the family trust document and Beneficial ownership verification form filled out. (We had submitted everything they requested.) We had called KYC directly to make sure they have everything they need both on the phone and in writing. This is causing all my outstanding checks being bounced unexpectedly. Currently I have outstanding checks for expedited passport renewal fee (for Dec. oversea travel), property tax payments (will become delinquent beginning Dec.) and other checks which I have no control when receiver may deposit them. I am an existing bank customer with Citi bank for over 10 years, and had changed acct owner from individual acct to my family trust around 6 years ago. I had submitted the trust documents at least twice to Citi bank. (I have written proof). I also have written proof that there had been no written warning or notification before and after they blocked my account. This is causing my expenses for having to put a stop payment on the bounced checks, notify payees, reissue check / meet with payees to avoid late charge, incur bounced check fee, wasting many hours on the line with Citi to get reimbursed for these extra charges. I'd like to find out the possibility of a class lawsuit. I went to Citi local branch yesterday and there were several customers before me all complained similar issues with Citi's KYC!

I believe I need a local attorney in the county I am in. Citibank allowed incredibly excessive unathorized charges to a binary option company which now are well known to have been fraudulent, money launders out of telavi Israel. Haven't been sued yet, though harrassed 4-6 times daily 6-7 days a week by citibank. Do not wish to pay the now 51,000.00 US they are pursuing. Handed citi a settlement letter from Isaelly law firm , but believed the binany co. that I was filing for fraudulent chargebacks for entire amount!

Citibank needs to be sued. Their credit cards system is messed up. I have 3 credit cards with them. Canceled 2 them on my own. I was going to work with them on the 3 card, however, at this point i'm fighting with them, about their conflicting rules. I know they have or thought they might have a class action law suite already!

I had two bank accounts with Citibank one was a checking acct. the other was a savings account. the two accts. were linked together . as long as the two accounts combined had at least a ten thousand daily average per month I was to get the non-citi atm charges waived and the mo. service charges waived. I will let you digest that then I will go on when you give me the word ok. IN MARCH CITIBANK CHARGED ME $240.00 FOR 86 NON-CITI ATM CHARGES AND $25 MO. CHARGE. I USED ALL THE DATA SUPPLIED IN THE BANK STATEMENT AND CAME UP WITH APPROX. $11,500.00 DAILY AVERAGE. IN COLLEGE I WAS A CHEMISTRY MAJOR WITH STRONG EMPHASIS IN MATHEMATICS. I AM OF THE BELIEF THAT CITIBANK IS DOING THIS WITH EVERYONE AND MAKING BILLIONS ON THIS ILLEGAL SCAM!

Hi William. They may be violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or other federal laws with their collection practices. Is there an automated dialer being used when they call you? Or is it a live person? You, the consumer, deserves to be protected from the harassment that these laws describe. Please give us a call if you have any questions about how we can help. Thanks, Mike.

Hi Prafulla. Citibank has violated some federal laws regarding debt collection harassment in the past for our clients. If that is what you are experiencing, then we can help you end that. We help consumers stay protected from harassing collection practices, often citing the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Give us a call if you would like to know how we can help you resolve your issue against Citibank. Thanks, Mike.

Hi Jovany. This sounds like an awful experience that you have had with Citibank. They have harassed other consumers in the past, but we have helped many to resolve their issues with them. We can help you under federal laws like the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protections Act (TCPA) to award you monetary damages for their violations, if they apply. In any case, we can help you with how to proceed. Please give us a call if you have any questions. Thanks, Mike.

I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot with a Home Depot Citibank Card. When the dishwasher was delivered I returned the order the same day of delivery. My card was not fully credited for the return and Citibank billed me for the balance of approximately $33. I disputed the charges and had the charges corrected. Now Citibank is billing me for late charges which they said they would correct. Now placed a $90 bill on my credit report saying I still owe them. Should I sue Home Depot and Citibank for not correcting the bill? Sincerely, Mark

Hi, The situation with citi bank started on 2019 when I recived a collection letter for a credit card that I never opened. I called them to ask why that, and basically they told me that I opened that account in 2016. So, I filed a compliant because someone use my identity and later on I discover the identity of the person. So they reply me That after thier inverstigation i was responsible for that account. so I filed again a complaint, they told same thing in a letter, and today May 11th 2021 I received the same letter after 3 times reporting this situation, My credit is bad, I cant continue doing business, and now im responsible to pay something that I never asked for.

Citibank is harassing me by calling my cellphone number numerous times everyday, there are 3-5 calls everyday (7 days/week). They\'re trying to collect on a credit card. Sir, In March 2023 I applied for and was approved for a Citibank / AAdvantage Mastercard with a limit just over $3000. After doing so I immediately transferred the bulk of my balance, on an existing Barclays Mastercard, to this new Citi card, bringing the balance to over $2600. I made regular payments until late May 2023, just prior to the 4th of July weekend, when I made a large, unscheduled payment of $2300 with the intent of bringing my balance down to less than $500 and way below one-third of my available credit and (hopefully) improving my credit score. I then, on the same day, made the mistake of an additional payment of $300, to further reduce the account. Again, at no point was my account pass due or behind, as I was paying ahead of schedule and a significant portion of my balance. Over the holiday weekend I realized that the second, extra payment, made against my personal USAA checking account should have been just $200. I called and attempted to cancel the payment but was informed that it was too late as it had been processed. I was told by the Citibank representative not to worry, even if the payment was returned by the banks (which it was). My account was not, by any means, in arrears and that the payment would not be resubmitted. Hence, for the first of many times, I was lied to by Citibank. Less than a week later, the “don’t worry about it” bill was resubmitted, causing my account to again be overdrawn. I then contacted another Citibank representative, who apologized and informed me that it was Citibank policy to attempt submit a payment three times. BUT he promised me that that he had made computer entries to not submit it again and that he would waive any fees. He also apologized for my frustration, as he could see that I had paid my account down by over two-thirds, but I had nothing to worry about. Again, Citibank lied to me. I begin receiving notifications, texts, emails, and calls from Citibank to make arrangements to pay the “past due” payment. Then, as I am preparing for a business trip to Kansas and shopping at a local, El Paso Albertson’s grocery store, my Citibank card was rejected…a card that had been just recently paid down to a $500 balance out of a $3000 limit. I contact Citibank (again) and eventually I get relayed to a misnamed “manager.” A manager who says he cannot comment as to why my card was cancelled until I receive a letter in the mail. A week later, after my business trip was finished and without my credit card, I received a letter from Citibank, dated 17 July 2023, that my account had been closed due to “one or more late or returned payments”…on an account that had just had over two-thirds of its balance paid off in the last 30 days and was NEVER past due! Yet again, I wait for minutes on a phone call to talk to a so-called manager. I am incredulous at this point, and she has an obnoxious attitude towards me, telling me she can resubmit me to an unnamed, higher someone for a credit review to reinstate my account. A couple of weeks later, I receive a 29 July 2023 letter stating, “We’re unable to open your account.” To add further salt to the wound, Citibank’s final lie was to add a $30 returned check fees and $41 late payment fee for July (while I’m disputing all this insanity). fees that I was told “don’t worry about, Mister Griffin.” This for an account that I cannot use, but fully expected to pay on. And by “expected” I mean constant, merciless harassment by Citibank via phone calls, texts, and emails at home and work, including all weekend. This stress is compounded by knowing that I wasted over two grand of my hard-earned dollars on trying to improve my balance (and good credit) on a Citibank account that has now become a negative credit report. Is there any action that I can take with regards to Citibank? I have no desire to do business with them, now or any time in the future, given the way they treated someone who was trying to be a loyal customer, but I do want the fees (and resulting interest) removed from my balance that they, through their representatives, obligated themselves to remove. I don’t want a whisper of this debacle on my credit report. And, above all, I want their increasing harassment of me to stop, to include suing them for their emotionally stressful treatment, if possible. Thank you for your time and consideration regarding this matter.

My Citibank Visa card was stolen from my purse in May 2023. Citibank wants me to pay the charges, even though I called immediately to tell them not to let the charges go through (have a screen shot of a text of this). They say I\'m still responsible, but I won\'t pay. Now they are sending me late notices, affecting my credit score and soon to turn me over to collections. No one from their security services will respond to me. Do you handle cases like this? Prefer email for first communication.

Getting around 4-5 calls a day since December 7 from the number 866-532-0423. Answered today at 2:14 p.m. and verified it was CitiBank and to ask them to stop calling. I have payments set up on December 22 and January 2. They have left me a total of two automated voicemails--one yesterday and one this morning. This is to the best of my knowledge and will be documenting any further calls made after declaring today I would like to not be contacted.
