Is Day Knight & Associates harassing you over a debt?  Stop the harassment.  Get Money.  And you won’t pay us a dime for our services.  Whether you owe the debt or not, you are protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Day Knight & Associates is a collection agency that has been in business since 2005, and also operates under the name Crown Holdings LLC.  Day Knight & Associates is headquartered in Grover, MO.  Day Knight & Associates is a full-service collection agency, which uses various software programs to trace people and gather information on them.

According to Day Knight & Associates’ website, “While collecting past due accounts is our business, helping people solve their financial problems is our commitment.”  Unfortunately, the paragraph before patronizingly warns you “Don’t get angry” after receiving a letter from them.  According to its track record, Day Knight & Associates’ collection activities shed a much different light when analyzed under the FDCPA.  The FDCPA has been around for almost 35 years.  The FDCPA is a federal law that applies to every state.  In other words, everyone is protected by the FDCPA.  The FDCPA is essentially a laundry list of what debt collectors can and cannot do while collecting a debt, as well as things debt collectors must do while collecting a debt.

According to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), Day Knight & Associates has been sued four times in the last 2 years for debt collection harassment.  It does not get any better for Day Knight & Associates on the Better Business Bureau, which has requested information from Day Knight & Associates multiple times without answer.

Day Knight & Associates has several telephone numbers it places debt collection calls from. Day Knight & Associates may be calling you from the following telephone numbers: 636-405-1000, 314-373-4216

If Day Knight & Associates has harassed you over a debt, you may be entitled to money damages up to $1,000.00.  Plus, the FDCPA has a fee-shift provision.  This means, the collection agency pays your attorney’s fees and costs.  We have settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases.  Let us help you today.  Contact Mike Agruss Law at 888-572-0176 to stop Day Knight & Associates once and for all.

My daughter just checked her credit score and it says she has an outstanding debt with Knight Day. Should she contact them and see what it is for. My daughter checked her credit score for the first time ever and it said she has an outstanding debt/bill with knight Day. Just found this out, she is not sure what it is about. Should she call Knight Day and see what it is about, what they say she owes and what it is for? I really wasn't prepared to talk to an attorney just yet. I think I will have her find out what it is for and get a copy of the credit report involved and then recontact you. Is that okay. Lorin Dinwiddie is the student with this "derogatory" mark on her credit report!
