Box 390846 Minneapolis, MN 55439 Mail Code COAP1 RE: Capital One Auto Finance – Original Account #: *********8513 Northland Reference Number : F80392244 I received your letter, dated November 1, 2016, offering a settlement to resolve my account. As far as I am concerned, this account was resolved when the automobile was repossessed. Perhaps you are not aware of the history concerning this account. I contacted the financial institution on three different occasions explaining the financial challenges that my family faced and asking for a restructure of the loan until our situation improved. I was not given that opportunity. Although this financial institution has many options that it could have offered to me, they chose not to make any attempts at understanding my situation. Obviously, I was credit worthy when they granted me the loan (which I might add that they approached me with a letter stating I was pre-approved) but showed no compassion when I pleaded for help after I suffered monetary problems. That left me with only one option and that was to return the vehicle. I no longer have this vehicle. I would suggest that it be sold and my account closed. I have not regained financial health and the next step for me is bankruptcy. P.S. They call me several times a day. I told them to stop the harassment. They even sent me other form to try to trick me into more debt.

I have been getting several calls from different numbers. when I googled the numbers it sais its northland group. I get several calls daily. They call from different numbers so no point in blocking. I sent Northland a letter asking them to stop yet they continue. I don't need the stress I just lost my mother and am going through a divorce!

I was speaking with someone a little bit ago. My name is Teresa. I have been getting several calls a day from Northland Group. I have requested they stop. They do not Identify them self. I only know who they are from googling the number. I don't know what they are calling about because I am currently in a divorce. I thought of blocking the number but they change the number they call from all the time!
