I receive government assistance and am now on social security disability, in which all information was provided and submitted. I also asked that they correct my credit report which as prevented me from getting proper housing due to the derragatory and inaccurate reports submitted by the loan comapny for my student loans for over a period of 6 months. In addition to I request over the phone a temporary deferrment or whatever their terminology is titled intially , via over the phone with customer service and was informed that it was in place and could request a longrer term after expiration throug another process, in which I did.I have approximately four loans and sent over my deferrment paperwork with allthe necessary documentation as requested. I received an email with confirmation and spoke withcustomer service before during and after to verify it was received. Coinsidently even after the customer service representative said she received everything and email confirmation that it was in deferrment was invalid due to one line that I submitted supposedly had the wrong information, so they defaulted or took out of deferrment, jonce again I went through the same process. Emails, before after and during deferrment process sent via fax, with fax transmittal report proof on both entires for deferrment, the second time, after finding out they did not put it in defrrment, I stayed on the phone with customer service over an hour and ensured that I received assistance with the proper information that they supposedly said “one line” was incorrect so they defaulted, I went over every step with customer service during the process of the second request for deferment, they told me it would apply to all loans, once submitted the second time I spoke with the customer service to ensure everything was received , alothough I received confiormation via fax transmittal report and via email and account information they sent to me via email as well. I was told that everything was receievd and filled out properly and I refused to get off the phone till I spoke with supervisor and that my deferrment application was submitted and filled out with completion and accuracy, and it woulld be processed. I was adimiantly ensured that all was correct and processed and corrected and they have failed to do so. Contination of harrassment and calls and neglect of correcting my account and credit and lack of falling through and p[roper procedure is illegal and unethical to include does not comply with the social security disabilty act. I filed a complaint with them via email, internet and phone and yet has not been resolved.
