This company Navient has without my approval gone into my bank account numerous times without any approval and taken money from the account. When I spoke with a supervisor they stated I could either go after it but it would take weeks or I can just go ahead and file fraud against them with my banking center. It is very unprofessional for a company to be as cocky as they are and then go into accounts and take money like it is ok. When I request for a higher up representative to contact me I do not get such contact and after twice having to file fraud you would think a company would have a rep contact me about the situation.
