We have continuous calls from Navient , we are the parents of the student who has the loan, we are co-signers, we have told them what we could afford $100 a month to pay on loans and they keep telling us because we have $200-$300 left over a month we need to pay more. When we receive calls from them we can never talk to the same customer personnel . They want to go over everything again that we have repeated many times. Even the supervisors are very impatient.
