If you or a loved one has fractured a bone from an accident, contact Mike Agruss Law for a free consultation so we can help you recover from this experience and get fairly compensated.

A complete fracture is a complete break of a bone so that it is separated into two or more pieces. This can be in a number of forms, including ‘spiral’ which is a break resembling a corkscrew, ‘transverse’ which is straight across the bone, ‘comminuted’ which is when there are more than two parts to the fracture, ‘longitudinal’ which is along the long axis of the bone or ‘oblique’ which is an oblique line across the bone. This may warrant a cast, splint, surgery, or allowing it to heal on its own. It would depend on the location and severity of the fracture.
