If you or a loved one has fractured a bone from an accident, contact Mike Agruss Law for a free consultation so we can help you recover from this experience and get fairly compensated.

The most common type of fracture is a closed fracture, where the skin is intact and not broken. Additionally, a hairline fracture, also known as a stress fracture, is very common. This may be because it results from overuse or repetitive movements, so some athletes may consider this a somewhat regular occurrence. Many athletes experience stress fractures.

In terms of the bones that are most often broken, the clavicle (collarbone) is often broken since it is weaker and softer than other bones.
