contact information for Sallie Mae

It is so difficult to find any contact information for Sallie Mae. I just learned that they changed their name. While I was still in school, they reported that I was 90 days late on my credit for four times. Once I was able to contact them, I told them that I can’t pay their required minimum fee but I can pay them with a lesser amount. They refused. They are terrible at helping low income students to pay their loans.

SPS Servicing is inaccurately reporting a foreclosure on my mortgage despite the account being current since July 14, 2025. The issue began in May when payments failed due to a backend error on SPS’s side—specifically, an account number truncation during autopay setup. I attempted payments in May and July via their website, and a rep later confirmed that my bank info was correct but SPS\'s system mishandled it. Three other SPS accounts drawing from the same bank were unaffected. I formally disputed the reporting on July 29, but SPS is still furnishing foreclosure status to the credit bureaus and hasn’t acknowledged the servicing error in writing.

I’m reaching out because I believe I have a strong TCPA case and I’d like your help reviewing it. *Facts:* 1. Since October 2025, I’ve received 150+ voicemails and 348 total calls from various toll-free numbers all using the same “loan preapproval for $30,000-$50,000” prerecorded script. 2. I have never applied for a loan, requested a quote, or given consent to be contacted by any lender. 3. I answered one of the calls on back in October  and explicitly told them to stop calling and remove me from their list. They refused and the calls continued. 4. I have saved all voicemails with dates/numbers visible and can obtain 8 months of call logs from my carrier. This has been incredibly stressful. My phone goes off 10+ times a day. I’ve had to silence unknown callers just to get through work, and I’m worried about missing real calls. I feel like my privacy has been completely violated for 8 months straight by a company that won’t take no for an answer. I have screenshots of the voicemail log showing the volume, dates, and different spoofed numbers. I’m attaching 2 examples. Do you think this is a case your firm would take? I’m looking for contingency representation and can provide all documentation. Thank you for your time.  Best regards, Jordan Lake Southerland
