What is Personal Injury?

The personal injury lawyers at Agruss Law Firm, LLC, are here to help you 24/7 if you’ve been injured in a car accident, truck accident, rideshare accident (Uber or Lyft), a dog bite incident, bicycle accident, motorcycle accident, nursing home abuse or neglect, slip-and-fall accident, or any other type of injury. We will help you with the insurance adjusters, your medical bills, your property damage claim, your lost wages, your treatment, and any other concerns you have. Our contingency fee is 1/3 and we will never change our contingency fee throughout the process. You will not owe us a penny unless you get money. We see you as a person, not just a client - and that makes us better at we do. At Agruss Law Firm, we put People, First.

We will take your case to trial if the insurance company does not settle. We take cases to trial and insurance companies know this, which often results in better settlements for our clients.
Settlement check
We will ACH your settlement funds to you. No more waiting around for the mail. You get paid right away.
Agruss Law Firm: People, First.
We see you as a person, not just a client - and that makes us better at what we do
We listen. We learn your story. And, as we help you get the money you deserve, we go above and beyond in a way most law firms never could and never would.
Because we're not just lawyers. And you're not just a client. We're friends, neighbors, family. We're all people and here at Agruss Law Firm, we put people first.
What it means to put People, First.

You get paid, first.
We do not get paid a penny until our clients get the settlement they deserve.

We handle your case, start to finish.
A lot of lawyers that advertise on billboards are just referral firms. At Agruss Law Firm, we handle your case from start to finish. We answer our own phones, we respond to our own e-mails, we talk with our clients, and we see your case all the way through the end.

Our fee never changes.
A lot of personal injury lawyers raise their contingency fee throughout the process, charging 1/3 if the case is settled pre-suit, charging 40% if the case is filed after a lawsuit is filed, and charging 50% if the case goes to trial. We don't. At Agruss Law Firm, our personal injury contingency fee is always 1/3 and that's not changing.
