Discover and other lending agencies calling from multiple numbers leaving voice mails of just awful loud pitch sounds. Or not leaving voicemail/ refusing to state agency or name when asked why they’re calling.

A company claiming to be discover has been calling me for at least 4 months. They have left several messages, and then stopped calling --only to start calling my parents. I have never had any debt, opend any credit cards, or even had an account with Discover. My mom answered the phone today when they called her, and they asked to speak to me--she stated that I didn\'t have any cards with them, and they promised to stop calling her, but asked that she tell me to call them immediatly at 1800 973 5095. I called the main discover line first and they informed me that no account was open in my name and that they would pass this number up the chain. I called the other \"discover\" number and they have an automated voice bot JUST LIKE the real Discover, but asking much more personal questions like my zip code, social, and card number. I recently signed on with a debt consolidation firm as I have suffered both physical and financial hardships and cannot pay my cc debt. A woman called Christy keeps calling a phone # that is not mine. 1 984 368 4455. The # she calls from is 800 973 5095. I need this to stop. She needs to call my debt consolidation company. Thank you.

Discover is calling from 480-550-3216 telling me to call 800-973-5095. They have now called twice in the past two hours.

credit cards are in debt consolidation with JG Wentworth and have been since April - they are negotiating and now Discover is taking me to court

Hi Gustavo. Debt collectors are permitted to call between the hours of 8am and 9pm, seven days a week. How often are they calling you? If it is excessive, Discover could be violating your rights. There were several Fraudulent transactions on my Discover card, instead of letting me dispute them they closed my account and now are trying to collect the balance. I prefer to be contacted by email.

Was supposed to go on Payment Protection, for unemployment in February 2020. They never put me on. Made multiple inquiries and payments, but still no response. Finally after digging, it turns out they changed the terms and conditions, and dropped me from their Payment Protection Program, without notice.

Keep receiving calls from ohio all from a 614-758-xxxx, the last four numbers keep changing constantly. getting called all day long and sometimes even as late as 9pm in the evening, answered one and was told the 1-800-973-5095.
