"I was having terrible problems with my home warranty company. They refused to replace my air conditioners in the midst of a horrendous heat wave, which they broke, due to their incompetent technicians. All they would do is give me the run around and keep telling me things were not covered. I went round and round with them for several months trying to get my problems resolved. Mike reached out to me and it was such a pleasure as he and his firm handled everything from that point forward. I never had to speak to the home warranty company again.
