Someone called this morning and said they were sending an asset Recovery team to my house to log the assets for seizure for this Debt and I gave them my bank account number for payments because I was afraid and now I’m scared that I gave it to a Scam artist

Good Evening, I am very concerned about my Collection Notice. When I originally opened an account with WEX, Inc, I had problems getting our cards delivered. After multiple attempts of finally receiving the cards, somewhere along the way, an agent of theirs opened a duplicate account for us. This duplicate account was not authorized on our end, nor were we ever aware of it. The only authorizations I have made on this account are (a) to apply and (b) to set up auto-pay, which was done initially and to to avoid having any past or unpaid balances, so you can imagine my frustration. Needless to say that we have received many (10 or more) cards in the process. A few months ago I started noticing that the auto-payments were being deducted, but were not matching the charges I was making. I immediately called Customer Service to check on this... Please review all agent notes with Wex on this account as I am sure you will begin to see what has been taking place. The agent on the other end was very friendly and apologetic as she discovered the mishap, with the creation of multiple accounts somewhere along the way of us trying to get our cards. She helped me 'close or consolidate' the accounts advising me that I should not worry about anything moving forward. I repeatedly asked her if I owed anything else. It was made very clear that I did not want to have any past due balances. I only needed one account. She reassured me that "I would be just fine" and that there would be "no more surprises." I do not find it fair, nor believe that my Business Account/Credit should suffer for it. This confusion and mishap is not the fault of my Company. It is something that was done/created by an agent at Wex, Inc. From the very beginning I made it very clear that I wanted to set up Auto-Pay, so why am I now having to deal with a suspension for non-payment for something that was done and created without my knowledge? I would like to dispute any late charges I have on this account in collections. How can we get this taken care of today? I've called and left a messages at the Wex Credit department as well. Say i owe money after current contract expired i offered to reneg new contract couldnt compare to new company said in furst 5 yr contract that was 2 yrs expired said the auto renew me fir 5 years i never agreed to that or accepted a new contract say i owe 3000 to a uniform company
