this number 312 951 1276 calls constantly. I have blocked the number but they still get through. I call the number but it doesnt go through. I get a recording about it being a Sears Survey

I CONSTANTLY receive calls from 312-951-1276. I recently had Sears do a service on a refrigerator I purchased about 9 months ago for which I paid cash and owe nothing. I don't know if this is Sears calling. I do know whomever it is, they are driving me insane!
