SallieMae has never provided

SallieMae has never provided a correct address or location to remit my payment for school loan and then charged me a late fee. None of their correspondence included a location to send my payment. Moreover, I had to call SallieMae to find where I am to submit payment for the entire value of my student loan in accordance with their written statement. However, SallieMae failed to accept my full payment and assessed me an arbitrary and capricious fee of $11.31. After submitting the fee just to decouple myself with such an unethical organization I sent in the $11.31, as they directed me to, which should have fulfilled my entire obligation to them….and they still charged my account as having .01 remaining on my balance. These tactics to squeeze pennies from me is unethical and fails to comply with their own written assessment of my outstanding liability….essentially over charging me for the loan even after I paid the full amount they asked.
