I received a call from Navient at my friends house. I called them back and they said that I was late on my payment. I tried to explain to the customer care rep that I never received any bills in the mail. Then she went on and said that they have been mailing them out and that I need to check with the post office. I tried to explain to Shenika that I have done that then she interrupted me. She was very rude and didn’t allow me to speak. I tried to explain that they have contact a bunch of people that I don’t know because they didn’t have the correct information. This company went as far as contacting my neighbors in regards to my bill. One morning I woke up to a letter from a neighbor stating they have calling and sending them letters about loan. Keep in mind I didn’t even know this person and this company went as far as contact people that I don’t know. They try to say that it is my responsibility to update my info but when I tried to explain Shenika that I never changed my info she said that they do what they have to do to contact me. Which I think is ridiculous for the simple fact that I NEVER moved. This Shenika customer service rep didn’t want to give her last name. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said that she was the only one there. Talking to the customer service rep is like talking to a wall. They can never give you a straight answer they always give the run around and they NEVER allow you to speak.
