I Contacted Navient

I Contacted Navient today 11-27-12 @ 310pm. I requested a settlement letter that the company used to send each month, however I have not got one in at least 6 months. I stated to Penny, Andrea Clark, and Jenny Reid, that I do wish to get a payoff/settlement letter in the mail, and as soon as I get that I will have the payoff amount sent overnight to the company. I was not told that they will send me a letter that I am requesting.
