paid off my naviant account

I just paid off my naviant account this about 3 months who it used to be sali mae do I qualify for anything. Well I had a loan from them from 2006 I paid when I could but and it seemed like they would call me or my parents house on a constant basis also when I paid it off I was under rhe impression I paid all of it off but on my credit report is says settled for less then full amount. I Would much rather do phine conversation before I give out my email. I just don’t want a bunch of junk mail I mean I don’t even know who I’m even talking to or what your company does. Not off the top of my head but then again I don’t really know what specific things they are looking for if that makes sense.
