Sent in a few disputes November 3, 2023… they admitted to getting it but it was never processed. I’ve called for MONTHS asking for a supervisor to call and they REFUSE to call me back!! I can’t get my credit report fixed!

There are numerous inaccuracies on my credit report. Recently, the DOE reported that my loan was 90 days delinquent. It is not, it was and still is in forbearance until June. Not only did this drop my credit almost 200 points, but when I disputed with credit karma, they dropped it another 50 points. We were in the middle of purchasing a home. I cannot be on the loan now. I called them and they said it is in forbearance, but they didn\'t process it until March. They said they would fix the error and still hasn\'t been completed. My score went from a 680to 500. In addition, I have multiple errors. Wrong name, wrong addresses, closed accounts, on and on.
