ARstratllc took over for global recievables in June 2018- since then I have recieved one bill in June and they refuse to send either a bill or a statement each month .I have to keep track of my own to know how much my bill is -I copy all money orders -because I don't trust them with my bank account .they tell me they don't have to send a bill or statement because I know I owe this and have to make a payment each month or else--[or else what???????]

Hi Barbara. You're doing a smart thing by keeping track of all your correspondence with Arstrat INC. They do absolutely have to provide you with a debt validation letter under the FDCPA. Astrat has been calling and leaving voicemails everyday for 2 months now I have them blocked but some how they are able to leave voice mails the person call is Rebecca Russell Everytime I told them about 6 months ago I do not know what that dept is it\'s not mine and it doesn\'t even show up on my credit report I sent them an email stating that I wanted proof and account numbers and have not received any info from them

I saw your website while searching for Rebecca Russell from Arstrat. They have been calling me for almost a year now, only saying it\'s \"Rebecca Russell\" and leaving voicemails nearly everyday. Everytime I try to answer the call it\'s just a robot telling me to call them back, when I did call them back the number was busy so I got nowhere there. I do have debts but I\'ve never received any mail or emails from this company and I try my best to keep a list of collection agencies that actually send me my statements through the mail and they\'ve never appeared once. I didn\'t even know it was a collection agency until I finally googled them today.
