I would like to counter sue Weber for calling with intent to admit fault in a car accident involving a vehicle I sold in 2025 that was still registered in my name when the car was involved in a wreck. The van was sold prior to the wreck and they wanted me to pay 36,000 for property damages to the vehicle that was totaled. The Insurance company is now suing me for 36,000 along with the driver, which was not the person I sold the van to.
