I have a wage garnishment court hearing scheduled for March from Kream & Kream. This is for a debt owned by Unifund. I need to know if it would be possible set up a payment plan instead of this. I have had trouble in the past getting a response from them when I have emailed and faxed letters over. Moreover, I have moved several times in the past four years and I know that I\'ve missed mail, especially at my current house where there is a known issue. A sheriff delivered a back dated letter to my house recently and that seemed suspicious. In any case, I am happy to set up a payment plan once I have an actual statement and proof of the debt. They are giving me a $ amount owed but nothing else.

hi, so apparently in 2019, I signed a contract without being aware of what it entails. this pertains to a timeshare that has been completely paid off, but a part of it was credited from a company, which now claims i have to pay 2400 USD. the firm that sent me this is kream and Kream attorney firm from Massachusetts. I need to know if this is valid and how do I proceed. I have now received a small claims session notice from them. I am also not in USA right now.

I have been paying a monthly amount to Kream & Kream for about 15 years and I want to settle the amount owed. I do not know what is still owed because I am unable to get a hold of anyone there. Am I able to get assistance in figuring out a settlement offer and being done with this debt?

Been paying an old credit card debt since 2008 that Kream and Kream had bought collection on. Was in ex husbands name but I acquired debt because he became disabled. It was around 4,500. When I started paying. Only paid $50 a month. Is over 15,000 because all I could do was $50 to keep them off my back. Been paying consistently . Never missed a month. Recently have received 2 letters saying haven’t received payment . Letters went out 5 days before payment due and payment was already sent. One payment reached my bank 1 day late. The other 5 days earlier than payment. It is now 2023 . How long am I still obligated to pay debt. The letter states now owe 15, 986.47. @ 12% interest .
Obviously so high cause I could only afford $50 month. Original debt was under 5,000. Back in 2008. I have excellent credit now and don’t want this to have affect. But also don’t think this should be so high.

Court date November 7 2024 Kream & kream suing me for past upstart loan have wrong amount for total owed want to stop and get thrown out tried to talk to them they are douch bags suing me for 9400 when the beginning balance of the loan was 9400 and I paid 16 payments on-time before I defaulted tried to settle for 3000 they told me 5900 not paying thrm 5900 can u help to get this thrown ?

I have been paying them monthly for the last 6 years on a 14 k loan and now I call them to try and find out my balance and they tell me I owe them 25k ???will not send me anything stating about how this balance went up instead of doe when I have been making payments !!!!!
