Despite numerous verbal demands to cease and desist all communication via cellular telephone (FDCPA violation)and to mail validation of the debt I still receive daily calls. Every call is done using a robo-dialer (FCC violation)

This place calls my husband multiple times a day after me repeatedly telling them to stop. My husband has had a stroke and a heart attack and the stress of the non stop phone calls are not helping him.

Hi Jessica. If you have been the victim of identity theft, have you informed the local authorities and credit bureaus? That will be a good first step in dealing with that type of situation. Unfortunately, it will be up to you to clear your name and you're wise to be suspicious of these calls as they could be related to your identity theft. I would be happy to speak with you about this in more detail--give me a call at 888 572 0176. Thanks, Mike

When someone from your office calls me and does not tell me where they are calling from until I demand that information and then refuses to tell me what the call is about until I confirm personal information and then tells me to call back when I'm willing to talk and hangs up on me guarantees that I will be filing a one heck of BBB complaint against your company.
