Wendy has called my job and cell in reference to an apartment I previously rented. A dead tree fell on my car on the property. I was negotiating back and forth for the landlord to pay for damages between 1500-2000. Then all the office staff was replaced and new staff was hired I had to start all over with the attempt to collect. Long story short in June there was a leak. Also my ac didn\'t work and I was complaining alot. My lease was up and I was on a month to month. They decided to request possession of the property instead of fix the issues in my unit. No problem I made arrengments to move in 45 days. We did a walk thru and landlord stated scratches to the floor and paint would be needed. Once that happend I started asking about the damages to my vehicle and the next day she had a list of other damages not mentioned during the walk thru for almost the exact amount of the damages to my car. I\'m disputing these damages. They never sent me an invoice and had a collection company calling me 15 days after I moved out... I paid all my rent they can say anything they want I have all the documentation.
